Account information

You must provide accurate registration and profile information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity under your account and for safeguarding your credentials. Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or authority.

Property listings and content

If you post or manage property listings, you represent that you have the right to advertise those properties and that the information you publish is truthful, complete enough for a reasonable user to rely on, and kept current. That includes, without limitation:

• Price, fees, deposits, and availability status
• Address, jurisdiction, and material location details
• Size, layout, zoning or use restrictions where relevant
• Condition, renovations, defects, and environmental or safety issues you know or should reasonably know about
• Photos, videos, floor plans, and virtual tours that fairly reflect the property
• Lease or sale terms material to a buyer or renter

You must not post misleading, exaggerated, or speculative claims; duplicate or spam listings; or content that infringes others’ rights. You are solely responsible for compliance with applicable real-estate advertising laws, fair housing obligations, and licensing rules in your jurisdiction.

Updates and authority

You will promptly update or remove listings when material facts change or when a property is no longer available. You will only list properties you are authorized to market (for example, as owner, landlord, or duly engaged agent). If your authority ends, you will remove or transfer the listing as appropriate.

Platform rights

We may review, edit, remove, or restrict access to content or accounts that we believe violate this Agreement, our Terms, applicable law, or the rights of others, or that create risk to users or the platform. We may take these actions with or without notice when permitted by law. We do not guarantee continuous availability of any listing or feature.

Disclaimer

The platform is provided "as is." Users rely on listing information at their own risk. We do not verify every statement made by users and are not a party to transactions between users unless expressly stated elsewhere.
